Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS: 48 hours or more before the class: Refund minus a $15.00 processing fee. You must email our studio for any cancellation. Same day cancellation or no-shows will not be eligible for a studio credit or home kits. 48 hours or less before the class: NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be given and home kits are not an option as a replacement. Only participants are allowed in the studio. The resin process is not an exact science, and very small objects (like tiny specks of glass or glitter) can move/flow when the resin is poured. We view this process as one of the beauties of Glass Art. Because we are providing our customers with an “experience”, we do not offer money-back refunds for any reason. All art pieces are subject to removal by our staff if not picked up after 20 days. We are not responsible for any artwork not picked up within 72 hours.
